NodeLynx is a requirement management tool from Inovalynx. By using NodeLynx you agree to these terms. Questions? Contact hello@inovalynx.com.

Your account

You sign in with Google, Microsoft or an email link. Keep access to that account secure; you are responsible for activity in your workspace. Workspace owners decide who can view or edit their projects.

Your content

Projects, requirements, comments and files you add remain yours. You give Inovalynx only the permission needed to store, process and show that content so NodeLynx can work for you and the people you share it with. You can export your requirements at any time. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy statement.

Acceptable use

Do not use NodeLynx to break the law, to store content you have no right to share, to attack or overload the service, or to access workspaces that are not shared with you.

Plans and payment

The Free version and guest trial are free and can show advertisements. Team plans are billed in advance through Stripe at the prices shown on the pricing page, including VAT. You can cancel at any time; the plan then stays active until the end of the paid period.

Availability and changes

We work to keep NodeLynx available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may improve or change features, and will announce significant changes to these terms on this page.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Inovalynx is not liable for indirect damage or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for NodeLynx in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending use

You can stop using NodeLynx at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
